Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We understand convenience and quick deliveries are a top priority to many! We are happy to provide a variety of flat-rate shipping options including expedited shipping (1-2 business day delivery) as well as next day pickup for those who are local. Once you are ready to checkout you will be able to choose your shipping preferences. We now ship internationally to Australia, Canada, Mexico, and the UK. If you are shopping from somewhere else outside of the US, we'd love to hear from you to better understand which destinations to prioritize next. Please send us a note at hello@beacolette.com to let us know of your interest! *Please note: if an item cannot be shipped out right away, it will be denoted in the product description as it may be a pre-order or restock item. 

 

Local Pickup: We are happy to offer next-day local pickup. Please note that local pickup orders cannot be canceled if forgotten. Our standard 30-day return policy begins once your order is marked as ready for pickup. If you initially selected the pickup option at checkout, and are no longer able to pickup the order, please email hello@beacolette.com, and we can arrange shipping it to you for the standard shipping cost. Hours for pickup are Mon-Fri from 10am-3pm. Your order will be labeled with your name in the pickup box just inside the front door. We kindly ask that you pickup your order within two weeks of it being ready.

 

Order Tracking: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirming all of your orders details. Following that, once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so that you can prepare accordingly for your delivery. 

 

Returns + Exchanges: We truly want you to love everything you purchase from Bea Colette! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to extend the option to exchange or return your items within 30 days of the posted delivery date (for shipped items) for site credit only. If you placed an order for local pickup, you have 30 days from when the item is marked as "ready for pickup" to be eligible for an exchange or return (site credit). Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for the full site credit. While we stand behind all of the brands and products available on Beacolette.com, we welcome and appreciate your honest feedback on any items that you are not 100% satisfied with (please send your message to hello@beacolette.com)!

 

Sale Items: Please note, all sale or discounted orders are final sale. All monograms are final sale. We cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges if you used a promotion code.

 

How to Place an Exchange or Return: Please visit beacolette.loopreturns.com to begin a quick and easy exchange/return process. 

 

Waitlist items: We currently stock limited quantities in all of our product styles. As such, products tend to go out of stock quickly. We encourage you to select the "Notify Me When Available" button so that you can receive updates via email on if the product has been restocked.

 

International Shipping: We are happy to offer international shipping to the United Kingdom, Mexico, Canada, and Australia. At this time, all international orders will be final sale. Customers in those locations will be able to purchase in their local currency and all shipping prices will be calculated by DHL or UPS and displayed at checkout. All international shipments are delivered under DDU terms as of now. This means Bea Colette will deliver the goods to your specified address through our DHL and UPS shipping options, but the customer will be responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, and any additional costs once the goods arrive to your country.
