Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We understand convenience and quick deliveries are a top priority to many! We are happy to provide a variety of flat-rate shipping options including expedited shipping (1-2 business day delivery) as well as same-day shipping for certain Dallas zip codes. Once you are ready to checkout you will be able to choose your shipping preferences. We currently only ship within the United States; however, we intend to ship internationally by 2024. If you are shopping from outside the US, we'd love to hear from you to better understand which destinations to prioritize. Please send us a note email@example.com to let us know of your interest!
Order Tracking: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email confirming all of your orders details. Following that, once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so that you can prepare accordingly for your delivery.
Returns: We truly want you to love everything you purchase from Bea Colette! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to extend the option to return within 14 days of delivery for a return shipping fee of $6.50. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund. And while we stand behind all of the brands and products available on Beacolette.com, we welcome and appreciate your honest feedback on any items that you are not 100% satisfied with (please send your message to firstname.lastname@example.org)! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To process a return, please place a request through your customer account.
Waitlist items: we currently stock limited quantities in all of our product styles. As such, products tend to go out of stock quickly. We encourage you to select the "Notify Me When Available" button so that you can receive updates via email on if the product has been restocked.
