How often do you release new arrivals?

We will release a handful of new styles every day Monday-Friday so that you always have fresh merchandise to browse through. You can always find new arrivals for the week in the "new" menu item on the homepage.

Do you restock styles?

Great question! Unfortunately, it is rare that we are able to -- we place our orders with brands about 5-6 months before they are released on site, and most brands are unable to offer re-orders. With that in mind, because European sizing varies greatly brand-to-brand, we do recommend hitting the "notify me" button to receive back in stock alerts if a product is returned that you are interested in. If there is something you are dying to buy, please email meghan@beacolette.com and we'll do our best to source you your desired item!

Do you offer any styling services?

Absolutely! Please email our founder, Meghan Guffey, at Meghan@beacolette.com about the occasion you're planning for, and she will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I find out how a specific brand fits?

Yes! On each product detail page, we usually list how the brand runs as a whole, or how the specific style runs compared to general US sizing. That being said, there are always nuances, so if you have any questions on a specific brand or style, please email us at hello@beacolette.com. We always aim to get sizing right for you the first try!

How do I create an account?

All you have to do is navigate to the human icon on the right hand side of your browser and enter your email address. That is all we ask for! Everything on BC will remain simple and respectful of your time.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM will be processed and fulfilled within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday and throughout the weekend will be processed and fulfilled on Monday.

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation will go to the email you used at checkout. You will get another email when your item has shipped and can check tracking there!

Can I place an order online to pick it up in store?

Yes! We offer store pickup hours from 10-3 Monday-Friday. Pick up orders will typically be ready by the next business day, and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry newborn all the way up to 12Y! We also carry women's sizes XS-XL and men's sizes S-XL.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do sell gift cards! These can be purchased here.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We do! Our fulfillment team takes great care in beautifully wrapping gifts. For any items you'd like gift wrapped, simply add Gift Wrapping to cart.

Can I receive out of stock notifications for products that are sold out?

Yes! If you'd like to be notified when an item is back in stock, simply select your desired size and click “Notify Me” to sign up for restock alerts.

Do you have a baby registry program?

We’ve made adding products to your Babylist registry easy! Simply select your desired product and size and click “Add to Babylist” below the product.

Stores & Events

Do you have a physical storefront?

While we don’t currently have a physical storefront, we offer showroom hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 10-3. Our address is 4607 W Lovers Lane, Dallas, TX, 75209. Come visit us!

Will there be any Bea Colette events?

Yes! Our goal is to host pop-up events in key markets on a consistent basis. The locations we select will be driven by customer data and feedback, so if you'd like to see a BC pop-up in your city, please let us know either via email hello@beacolette.com or Instagram DM (@shopbeacolette).

If I miss the shipping cut-off is there anyway to overnight an item?

Yes! We can't always guarantee we'll get you an item at your desired time if an order is placed after 2pm CT, but we will certainly do our best! Please email our founder Meghan at Meghan@beacolette.com for any urgent shipping needs. We would love to make it happen for you!

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled — you are welcome to place a return on https://beacolette.loopreturns.com/#/ once you receive your order if you have changed your mind.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to offer international shipping to the UK, Australia, Canada, and Mexico. If you are shopping from somewhere else outside of the US, we'd love to hear from you to better understand which destinations to prioritize next. Please send us a note at hello@beacolette.com to let us know of your interest!

Do you offer monogramming?

Yes, we do! Head to the Monogram Shop, select an item and add to cart.

Simply check the Monogram box, and fill out the following information: Name or Initials, Font Style, Font Color, Placement, and Contact Information.

If font, style, color, and placement are left blank, our monogrammer will select on your behalf and send a proof to the phone or email provided.

Monogram orders are shipped between 10-14 business days.

Please note that all monogrammable purchases are final sale.
